Company Profile Bath Labs Ltd. is an electronics research and design consultancy with experience in fields as diverse as medical electronics, power control, 3G mobile, communications, project management, commercial radio-tracking, system modelling, optical networking and digital signal processing.
Outside of our own research we are currently
undertaking work for a number of customers, including the design and
production of a large array of synchronised MOSFET power switches - capable
of pulsing currents of up to 50A in the hundreds of kilohertz range. For
another customer we are carrying out research to support patent work using
state-of-the art network analysis capabilities (up to 20GHz).
The company was formed in 2003 by Steven Morris, Dr. Chris Hancock and Dr. John Bishop, all graduates of the University of Wales, Bangor, School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Systems. Their careers so far have included working for companies such as Gyrus Medical, Andrew Corporation, Wireless Systems, Securicor Information Systems, UK Civil Service and MicroOncology.
